Note: Candidates are advice to keep to these stipulated time;
failure to do so will result to disqualification of candidacy. Candidate are
also advice to bring their receipt for last year’s NAAEES dues and also
Teller for this year NAAEESS dues and also their school ID card for
screening. Eligible candidates must be an inducted members of this Noble
Association. Campaign starts immediately after screening and pasting of
eligible candidate’s names and end after manifesto.

ELIGIBILITY
1.
Contestant must be inducted NAAEESS member.
2.
Contestant must be financial up to date members of the Association.
3.
Contestant vying for any Elective Position shall not be on any
disciplinary probation and must have a C.G.P.A. of 3.0 for President, 2.8 for
Vice President and Secretary General and 2.5 for other positions.
4.
Election shall be by secret ballot.
5.
Contestants shall upon screening be asked to provide last year’s
Association Receipt and this years’ teller as may be deemed necessary.
MANIFESTO AND
FACE THE PRESS
a.
Candidates are required to prevent their manifestos to the committee
(NAAEESCO). Each candidate must provide not less than 50 copies of his/her
manifesto.
b.
During face-the-press, candidates are required to answer questions
raised in their manifesto.
SCREENING AND
BRIEFING
a.
Candidates are advised to come to the screening venue as stipulated in
the voting schedule with receipt and school I.D. card.
b.
Candidate upon screening will be required to wait for briefing before
commencement of the campaign.
VOTING DAY
Election starts
by 11am on the set day and close at 2.30pm at the voting centre. Each
contestant shall send in one polling agent to the polling station.
All voting shall
be done at the college and CAERSE final year class
COUNTING OF
VOTES:
a.
Each candidate is expected to nominate his/her agents who will be
present at the point of counting of votes. Such nominations shall reach the
secretary of NAAEESCO in sealed envelopes latest 4pm on the manifesto
presentation day.
